Youth Plus Membership Form

Youth Plus facilitates opportunities for young people with and without disabilities to make friends and to take part in social activities in the community.

If you would like to join Youth Plus please read the following and click on the link below to fill out and sign the membership form.

Although all parents who give their time to help at Youth Plus make every effort to assist the young people in every way, they cannot look after them. Responsibility and care remains with their own family, who must if necessary accompany youngsters to help them settle and integrate at Youth Plus. If at any time, there are any concerns, it is the responsibility of each parent to come along and contribute to improving the experience for their young person.

Youth Plus exists to provide an opportunity, but all parents contribute equally to making it a place for young people to make friends and to be socially and inclusively involved in our Communities.

Community Based Activities

It is every parent/carer's responsibility to deliver and collect their young person to and from an activity, or arrange to share lifts with other parents.
All activities are overseen by an adult.
A parent organiser of an activity needs only to be 'present' at the activity. The young people remain the responsibility of their own families and anyone that needs special attention of any kind must bring along their own 'carer'.

At the Youth Centre, Youth Plus takes place within the building unless an Adult organises a sports activity on the field. The car park is out of bounds.
